Jon Wells is a co-founder and Managing Member of Lake City Equity. Mr. Wells oversees the company’s asset management and investor relations activities. He also co-directs Lake City Equity’s overall investment strategy. He brings over 24 years of experience in general management and new business development to the company.
Before joining Lake City Equity, Mr. Wells was the founder and CEO of Bridge Properties, LLC, where he built a multimillion-dollar real estate sales business from scratch. He developed the operating, marketing, and sales plans, created the company’s offerings, and sold over $100 million worth of residential real estate.
Prior to Bridge Properties, LLC, Mr. Wells managed teams of over 100 employees in both the retail and logistics industries for several well-known big box retail companies.
Before his professional career, Mr. Wells worked as a management consultant with Walmart Logistics. He graduated with multiple Dean’s List honors from Georgia Southern University.
David “Iggy” Iglewicz is a co-founder and managing member of Lake City Equity. Dr. Iglewicz co-directs the investment strategy of the company bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership development.
Before joining Lake Equity, Dr. Iglewicz worked as a pediatric dentist. He played key role in Children’s Dental Health Associates to 15 locations and 2 surgical centers. He successfully exited this practice by merging with private equity.
Prior to the merger, he established Prostoig Capital LLC. The company aimed to provide cash flow and excellent returns for dentists and other professionals through multifamily real estate. Dr. Iglewicz achieved success in this venture, managing over $250 million in assets.
Sam Wells is a co-founder and Managing Member of Lake City Equity. She oversees the company’s acquisitions and business development activities and co-directs its overall investment strategy. With over 13 years of experience in general management and new business development, she brings valuable expertise to the company.
Before joining Lake City Equity, Mrs. Wells served as the business development hospital director in the Southeast. During her tenure, she successfully grew a highly productive sales team and exceeded increased admissions goals by significant margins.
Prior to her time as a hospital director, Mrs. Wells held a managerial role at several Enterprise Rental facilities. In this capacity, she effectively managed and directed teams of 20+ employees, consistently surpassing customer expectations and achieving key performance metrics.
Mrs. Wells is a graduate of The University of Georgia.
